    4. Connect with a buyer.

  4. I received a fraudulent or Spam email through my listing. What do I do?
    1. First, don’t respond to the email.
    2. Second, forward the email to SharpBuys.com customer service at info@sharpbuys.com.
  5. Help! I am having trouble logging in.
    1. Check to make sure that you’re using the correct username and password. Your username is your email address.
    2. If you’ve forgotten your password, please use our password recovery functionality. You can find it by clicking here: Password Recovery.
    3. If that doesn’t work, please forward your name and SharpBuys.com ID number to info@sharpbuys.com and request a new username and password
  6. Will I be able to see my item(s) with help from SharpBuys.com?
    1. Yes, chances are that if you use SharpBuys.com in conjunction with one of our high visibility signs (available for purchase at your local Walmart, Ace Hardware, True Value, Do it Best and others), price your item(s) correctly and give the process time to work, you will succeed.

  7. How do I place an ad on SharpBuys.com?
    1. Simply click on SharpBuys.com at the top of any page on our website.
    2. Follow the process of creating an advertisement for your item(s).
    3. The process is easy and usually takes no more than ten minutes.
  8. How many people will see my ad?
    1. It is impossible for us to know how many people will click on your ad because it depends upon so many variables—item(s) for sale, price, location, et cetera.

  9. How many photos can I post on SharpBuys.com?

    You can post up to ten photos to your advertisement.

  10. How do I cancel my listing?

    You can cancel your ad on SharpBuys.com at any time. Simply login to your Account using your username and password, and then click on Cancel my Listing.

  11. How do I edit my ad? How often can I edit my ad?

    You can edit your item(s) listing at any time and you can make an unlimited number of edits. Simply login to your Account using your username and password and then click on Edit my Listing.

  12. When and how do I post photos of my item(s) for sale?
    1. After your item(s) are successfully input into the SharpBuys.com database, you will be able to upload photos. The photo upload process is quick and easy. Photos can be added and deleted or altered whenever the seller chooses over the lifetime of the advertisement.
    2. To add, delete or edit photos, simply login to you Account page and click on Edit Photos.
  13. How can I protect myself from fraudulent offers and scams?
    1. Be alert and watch for spam. Spam is unwanted and unsolicited emails advertising goods and services for sale. If you’re concerned about any communications you’ve received from a buyer or seller on SharBuys.com, please forward the communication to SharpBuys.com at info@sharpbuys.com.
